Will I need to pay more for shipping and packaging back and forth? You won't need to pay any extra shipping OR pay for any extra packaging, this is all priced in an included in the original price to avoid any extra costs!

How will I get the cameras back to you for developing after we’ve shot them? Your cameras will be sent in a re-sealable parcel alongside a return shipping label so that you can ship your cameras back to us at no extra cost or shipping faff!

How many cameras come in each Snapbox? Each SNAPBOX comes loaded with 5 cameras, pre-loaded with film and fresh batteries ready for your event.

Will I need to load the cameras with film when I receive the Snapbox? Absolutely not! Your cameras will come pre-developed to ensure your cameras are working smoothly, alongside fresh batteries to ensure your flash is fully firing during your event.

How long will developing take once you’ve received the cameras back? It takes us 3 working days to return your scans once the cameras have made their way back to us, and prints will follow shortly after.

What happens if a camera is broken or lost whilst I have it? This is not a problem - you will be invoiced for the replacement cost of the camera and once paid we can get to work getting your images back to you.

The cameras are put through a range of basic tests once arriving back. We understand that general wear and tear will take it's toll on our cameras, but if we notice anything out of the ordinary we will let you know!

How long must I book in advance? We have set a one month pre-order limit, however, if you need them a bit sooner please get in contact and we will see what we can do.

How will I know how to best shoot the cameras at my event/How will my guests know? We include a small instructional card in the SNAPBOX so that you have all the info you need going into your event.

There will also be a sticker on the back of your camera with the most important tips so that your guests will also know what to do!

How quickly will I need to get the cameras back to you after my event? You will of course want to get your cameras back to us ASAP, so we're not worried about slow returns! However, we have set a one week limit to get your cameras back to us :)
